Notification of data processing

The personal information is being processed and controlled by Fraktal Oy, a company registered in Helsinki, Finland. Information collected consists of name, company, email address, and language preference.

Information is being collected and processed for the purpose of offering an account and access to the DevSecLab service. Giving this information is voluntary.

Information will be retained in Fraktal's customer information system for the duration of use of DevSecLab service. The information will be deleted within 12 months after the use has ended and no longer needed for invoicing purposes.

Information will be processed by Fraktal and its affiliates in EU member countries. Data is not released or sold to anyone.

Individuals can contact help@devseclab.fi to review, get a copy, or request deletion of their own data.
